[Expired] Spirit’s Travel Tuesday Sale Now Live [85% Off Flights and More!]

Spirit has been on a roll with promotions to kick off the holiday season. With its Black & Yellow Friday and Cyber Monday sales live, it’s now time to check out Travel Tuesday.

We have already seen cheap flights, bonus points, Vegas deals, cruise deals, and more from Spirit. Now the low-cost airline is offering 85% off flights!

Let’s take a look at the Travel Tuesday offers as well as the deals that are still live from Black Friday.

Spirit Airlines’ Black & Yellow Friday

Black Friday early birds were able to take advantage of discounted points, car rentals, and hotels as part of Spirit’s first-ever Black & Yellow Friday early bird sale.

Now, Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday deals have been released.

“We want to give our guests a head start on their holiday shopping, and the Black & Yellow Friday early access sale makes it easier to plan ahead and give the gift of travel to loved ones,” said Lania Rittenhouse, Vice President of Guest Experience, Brand & Communications for Spirit Airlines.

There are still a bunch of deals available, each with its own expiration date. Here is everything you need to know:

Travel Tuesday (85% Off Flights)

Spirit saved the best deal for last with 85% off select flights booked on Travel Tuesday.

Use the code “85PCT” between 10 a.m. EST on November 28, 2023, and 11:59 p.m. EST on November 29, 2023, to receive up to 85% off base fares on Spirit.com.

This deal is valid for travel between December 5, 2023, and February 14, 2024, with blackout dates between December 22, 2023, and January 6, 2024.

All destinations are included except for Aguadilla (BQN), Aruba (AUA), Bogota (BOG), Bucaramanga (BGA), Cali (CLO), Guatemala (GUA), Guayaquil (GYE), Lima (LIM), Medellin (MDE), Ponce (PSE), and San Juan (SJU).

500 Free Spirit Bonus Points

Want some easy points? Book a one-way flight on Travel Tuesday (November 28, 2023) and travel by February 29, 2024, and receive 250 bonus Free Spirit points. You can earn 500 points by booking a round-trip!

Cheap $20 Flights

Spirit is already known for its low fares, but a $20 one-way flight is about as low as it gets. From December 5, 2023, through February 14, 2024, there are select Spirit flights available for only $20!

These flights are restricted to Tuesdays and Wednesdays and require a 7-day advanced purchase, but it’s a great deal if you can make it work.

20% Off All-inclusive Resorts

If you happen to be booking an all-inclusive resort via Spirit Vacations, you can score a pretty significant discount during Black Friday. All-inclusive resorts in Cancun, Montego Bay, Punta Cana, Aruba, and St. Maarten are eligible for this deal.

2,000 Bonus Points on Packages

Spirit Vacations is offering plenty of incentives, including 2,000 Free Spirit bonus points for those who choose Bundle + Save during the Black Friday sale and travel by March 15, 2024. The bundles include flights, hotels, or car rentals.

Universal Orlando Ticket Upgrades

Universal fans will like this deal. Guests who purchase a 2-day Universal Orlando Resort base ticket via Spirit Vacations will receive a complimentary upgrade to a Park-to-Park ticket. This ticket allows guests to visit Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Orlando — which we are big fans of!

Bonus on Free Spirit Points

Through December 1, 2023, get 40% off when you buy 12,000 or more Free Spirit Points. Free Spirit awards are tied directly to the cash price of a flight, so you won’t find any sweet spots. But if you needed to top off your account for a specific redemption, this could be a good opportunity, although we’ve seen bigger discounts in the past.

MGM Resorts Las Vegas

Through December 5, 2023, select MGM properties in Las Vegas are offering up to 25% off when booked through Spirit Vacations. We are always looking for ways to save in Vegas, so this could make sense if you are paying cash for a hotel room.

Spirit Cruises

If you want to hit the high seas next year, you can earn 3,000 bonus Free Spirit points plus 1 point per $1 when you book a cruise via Spirit Cruises by November 28, 2023. Spirit serves plenty of cruise ports, so this could be worthwhile for frequent Spirit flyers and cruisers if the price is right.

Caesars Entertainment

Through February 29, 2024, travelers can save up to 35% at select Caesars Entertainment hotels booked via Spirit Vacations. Hotels in Atlantic City, Lake Tahoe, and Reno are eligible for discounts on stays of 2 nights or more.

Avis and Budget Car Rentals

Through February 29, 2024, travelers can get up to 35% off their base car rental rate with Avis and Budget when booked via Spirit Vacations. Use Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number A409600 or Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number B196600 to receive the discount.

In addition to the discount, renters will earn a bonus of 750 Free Spirit points.
