The highly anticipated St. Regis London has gone through several setbacks over the last few years. Originally set to open in 2023, the property has seen multiple timeline revisions.

That is … until now. The latest projection now points to an October 2026 opening, and the hotel is officially taking reservations for arrivals starting December 1, 2026.

What We Know About the St. Regis London

The St. Regis London was first set to open all the way back in 2023. After repeated delays, the property is finally set to open in October 2026.

The property is one of the most closely watched luxury hotel openings in the United Kingdom, particularly among points travelers and Marriott Bonvoy loyalists. It will be located at the intersection of Bond Street and Conduit Street in the heart of the prestigious Mayfair district, taking over the former Westbury Mayfair Hotel.

The hotel underwent a major renovation that significantly reconfigured the building and increased its overall footprint. The property will have 193 rooms, 66 of which are suites.

It will also feature 2 exclusive wellness suites, featuring plunge pools, saunas, personalized treatments, and a fully equipped fitness center. Of course, guests can expect amenities like the signature St. Regis Butler Service.

The property will debut with Le Perroquet, an all-day French brasserie by acclaimed chef Daniel Rose, known for his work in Paris and New York. It will also feature a classic St. Regis late-night jazz bar.

The St. Regis London is now accepting bookings for stays as of December 1, 2026. Cash rates currently start at £755 (approximately $1,013) per night.

Although the introductory rates are quite high, they are still relatively reasonable when compared to many other ultra-luxury hotels in London.
