Turkish Airlines is offering a 30% mileage discount when booking economy award tickets for a wide variety of flight destinations, including several U.S. cities and Mexico.

You have until May 22, 2026, to book this deal. Eligible travel dates are October 1 through December 10, 2026.

Travelers who book tickets using the Turkish Miles&Smiles program can get a 30% discount on economy award tickets between select cities and Istanbul (IST) if they book by May 22, 2026, and travel between October 1, 2026, and December 10, 2026.

There is a wide variety of included destinations in this promotion, including Cancun and Mexico City, but U.S.-based flyers will be most interested in the U.S. cities that are included in the promotion, which are:

Boston (BOS)
Chicago (ORD)

Denver (DEN)
Detroit (DTW)
Houston (IAH)
Los Angeles (LAX)

Both one-way and round-trip bookings are eligible; however, a limited number of seats are available with this Turkish Airlines sale, so anyone who’s interested should book quickly. Unfortunately, award tickets are only discounted for flights operated by Turkish Airlines and are only available in economy class.

How To Book

You can use Turkish Airlines’ website or mobile app (iOS, Android) to book these tickets, although it is rather slow and only lets you search for a day at a time. However, you will see a weekly view at the top of your search results, helping you see a few days before and after your search date.

It’s easy to earn Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles miles. Turkish is a transfer partner of Bilt Rewards, Capital One miles, and Citi ThankYou Rewards. These currencies all transfer to Turkish Airlines at a 1:1 ratio, meaning 1 point equals 1 Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles mile.

You can also transfer points from Marriott Bonvoy at a 3:1 ratio, with a 5,000-mile bonus for every 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy points transferred. However, transfers from Marriott may not show up on the same day, meaning they might not arrive before the seats you want disappear.
