Stays must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Stays can be canceled up to 72 hours before the check-in date. Reservations can’t be changed, but you can cancel and rebook if you need to change your stay dates.

Virgin Hotels has its own loyalty program called The Know, though points from Virgin Red and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club can transfer over instantly at a 1:1 ratio. You must be a member of The Know to redeem points at discounted rates with this offer.

Virgin Red is a different program from Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, but you can transfer points instantly (and freely) at a 1:1 ratio between the program. This means you have plenty of credit card transfer partners to get points into your Virgin account.
