Credit Cards That Wipe Away Your Baggage Fees
You’re not likely to pay baggage fees when flying Copa Airlines, but you can use the Capital One® Venture® Rewards card to cover any charges you do incur. The card’s Purchase Eraser tool lets you “erase” any type of travel charges from your statement at a rate of 1 cent per point, including baggage fees.
This means that a $40 additional bag fee would only cost 4,000 Venture points — far better than paying out of pocket. Just make sure that you erase your charges within 90 days of making the baggage purchase.
|Capital One® VentureOne® Rewards Credit Card - This no annual fee card comes with a 20,000 bonus mile offer after spending $1,000 in the first 3 months. |Capital One® Venture® Rewards Credit Card - The "big brother" card to the VentureOne with a 100,000 bonus miles offer when you spend $20,000 on purchases in the first 12 months from account opening, or still earn 50,000 miles if you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months.
