Now, let’s look at some properties where your points will go the furthest, and how you can find these Marriott Bonvoy deals.

1. AC Hotel Toledo, Spain

About 30 minutes outside of Madrid, Spain, you’ll find the fortified city of Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage site home to Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

This well-preserved medieval city sits on a hilltop and is perfect for a day trip from Madrid.

However, when nightly rates are this low, staying at the AC Hotel Toledo can be a solid option. You can book a 5-night stay for just 53,500 points, or find nightly rates starting at around $88.

2. AC Hotel La Linea, Spain (Near Gibraltar)

The AC Hotel La Linea is within walking distance of Gibraltar International Airport (GIB) or a short taxi ride away. The hotel is quite basic, with a touch of charm, and located near La Linea’s historic center. The town center is filled with lively, decorated streets, live music, restaurants, shops, and plazas.

You can also take advantage of Gibraltar’s proximity and explore 2 countries during your visit. A 5-night stay at that AC Hotel La Linea can cost just 39,000 points, or you can pay about $70 per night.

3. AC Hotel Algeciras, Spain

Located on the southern coast of Spain, Algeciras offers access to nearby destinations, including Cádiz, a historic seaside city. Guests who have stayed at the AC Hotel Algeciras in Cadiz mention free parking, good restaurant food, excellent service, and a convenient location.

Staying 5 nights at this hotel to explore Cadiz will cost you just 46,500 Marriott Bonvoy points or about $71 per night.

Hot Tip:

From February 26, 2026, through May 10, 2026, you can receive 2,500 additional Marriott Bonvoy points and 1 additional elite night credit per paid stay. These bonus points and elite night credits are limited to 1 per stay per Marriott brand, and registration must be completed by April 26, 2026. Here’s how to take advantage of the promotion.

4. Four Points by Sheraton, Queretaro, Mexico

Queretaro, Mexico, is the perfect gateway city to San Miguel de Allende, about an hour away. But Old Town Queretaro should not be missed, even if you’re only visiting the city on a stopover.

I’ve stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Queretaro several times, which is situated next to a major expressway and not near the city center.

The restaurant has a good breakfast, and the nightly rate is about $70. You can book a 5-night stay there for around 36,500 Marriott Bonvoy points.

5. Courtyard By Marriott, Queretaro, Mexico

This may be one of the cheapest Courtyard by Marriott properties in the world. At just 30,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for a 5-night stay, this place is a bargain.

I’ve stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Queretaro once, and while the hotel is a bit tired, it still offers a good breakfast and is close to the Old Town. Nightly cash rates range from $48 to $70.

6. Four Points by Sheraton Bogota, Colombia

I’ve stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Bogota many times. The hotel is in a quiet area and is a good base for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

You can walk to Parque 93 with its restaurants, shops, and green spaces. With traffic, it’s about a 30-minute ride to the city center. A 5-night stay here would cost around 53,000 Marriott Bonvoy points or $100 per night if you’re paying cash.

7. Moxy Glasgow SEC, Scotland

The Moxy Glasgow SEC isn’t always available for less than 60,000 points for a 5-night stay, but when it is, it’s worth booking. Conveniently located across from the entertainment venue, OVO Hydro, and just a 3-minute train ride to central Glasgow, this trendy hotel gets good reviews.

Guests note the rooms are compact, but the location, service, and cleanliness are all solid. Nightly rates can be as low as $70, so be sure to check before using points.

8. Four Points by Sheraton, Chicago O’Hare

Chances are, you wouldn’t choose to spend 5 nights in an airport hotel. They aren’t always glamorous, but they can be practical, especially for positioning stays or long layovers. In these cases, you won’t find more affordable Marriott properties than the Four Points by Sheraton hotels at O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

If I had to choose between the Four Points Sheraton Chicago O’Hare or the Four Points by Sheraton Mt. Prospect, I’d choose Mt. Prospect every time. Based on my experience, the staff is friendlier, and the hotel is better maintained.

Rates for a 5-night stay at the Four Points Sheraton Chicago O’Hare are around 51,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, or $80 per night.

9. Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O’Hare Mt. Prospect

This property is slightly farther (about 10 minutes more by shuttle) but generally offers a better overall experience.

Nightly rates at the Mt. Prospect location start at approximately $78, or 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for a 5-night stay.

10. AC Hotel Riga, Latvia

Visiting Riga, Latvia, is like stepping back in time. It’s my favorite Baltic destination and the perfect place to view Soviet-era architecture, underground bunkers, and other remnants of its Soviet past. It’s also a beautiful riverside city.

Guests like the location of the AC Hotel Riga because it’s within walking distance of the Old Town and several nearby restaurants. Some guests noted that their Marriott Bonvoy elite status was not recognized, while others received suite upgrades, so expect inconsistency in this regard.

Breakfast is not normally included at this hotel, but the price is great if you’d like to visit Riga, Latvia, on a budget. A 5-night stay can cost around 50,000 points, with cash rates starting at about $85 per night.

How To Find Your Own Marriott Deals

If none of these properties appeal to you, it’s fairly easy to find similar deals on your own.

Start by logging in to your Marriott Bonvoy account, and in the destination box, type in the area you’d like to explore. For example, you could type “Spain,” then enter any 5-night timeframe, and select that your dates are flexible. Click Done, then check the box to use points.

You can also sort by brand, the number of points you wish to use, and other filters, such as properties with an airport shuttle.

A list of hotels will populate based on your criteria. Once you’ve selected a hotel, the number of points required for each check-in date will be listed. If you are unable to sort by points (it’s not always an option), sort by brand. Brands such as AC, Four Points by Sheraton, Aloft, Courtyard, and Moxy are examples of other affordable Marriott brands.
