American Airlines is celebrating Small Business Month with an exciting new promotion for its AAdvantage Business program.

From now through December 31, 2026, your business can earn 10,000 bonus miles for enrolling with AAdvantage Business and meeting the program activity requirements.

Here’s what you need to know.

To register for the AAdvantage Business promotion, here’s what you’ll need to do:

Register for an AAdvantage Business account by first logging into your personal account.
You’ll then be asked to verify your work email.
Enter all of your company details, including a tax ID/EIN.
On the final registration page, you’ll enter promo code BNS10K.

As noted by AwardWallet, the promotion is available for new AAdvantage Business accounts that register for the program by December 31, 2026. Businesses are only eligible for 1 enrollment bonus mile offer.

The 10,000 bonus miles will be credited to your business’ AAdvantage Business  account within 6 to 8 weeks after successful enrollment. These miles will not count toward status qualification or Million Miler status.

What Is American Airlines AAdvantage Business?

American Airlines’ AAdvantage Business program operates separately from the AAdvantage loyalty program (the one you’re probably more familiar with). It was initially known as Business Extra.

The AAdvantage Business program offers rewards for business travel, in addition to the miles and Loyalty Points earned through the AAdvantage program. There are some eligibility requirements your business will need to meet before enrolling in AAdvantage Business:

You must have at least 5 active travelers on your account and spend a minimum of $5,000 on qualifying flights within the previous 12 months to redeem or transfer miles
The business must be based in the United States or Canada and must have a valid tax ID (waived for those with eligible AAdvantage cardholders, such as the Citi^® / AAdvantage Business™ World Elite Mastercard^®).

Earning points is pretty simple: The business earns 1 mile per $1 spent, and business travelers earn 1 Loyalty Point per $1 spent (in addition to rewards from the AAdvantage program). If the business pays with select co-branded American Airlines credit cards, the business earns 2 miles per $1.

Bottom Line:

You can redeem AA miles for flights, AAdvantage elite status, Admirals Club membership, and more. However, you’ll get the best value when redeeming miles for flights. Award tickets on American’s own flights start at just 7,500 miles each way and increase based on destination and cabin class flown.
