Air France is upping its game with the introduction of mattress pads developed in collaboration with the hotel brand, Sofitel, in its business class cabins.

“We are delighted to join forces with the expertise of Sofitel MY BED, an exceptional partner, to continue making business cabin travel a true haven of well-being in the sky,” said Fabien Pelous, SVP customer experience at Air France. “The introduction of a new mattress pad will further enhance the comfort offered on board, ensuring even more restful nights before arrival at destination, as well as greater relaxation during daytime flights.”

Mattress Pads Now Available in Air France Business Class

First announced months ago, Air France has accelerated the rollout of its new business class mattress pads. They’re now available on all long-haul flights to and from Paris’s Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), regardless of duration.

Developed in partnership with Accor‘s Sofitel brand, the Sofitel MY BED mattress pad can be easily fitted to all of Air France’s business class seats, whether you’re flying on the Boeing 777 or 787, or the Airbus A330 or A350. Passengers will find the mattress pad waiting for them at their seat, along with a pillow, a blanket, and a pair of slippers.

This is an exciting improvement from Air France, which has made incredible strides in recent years to improve the passenger experience across all aircraft cabins and on the ground.
