Allegiant says the new routes will offer the only nonstop flights between these cities.

“This expansion caters to passengers and communities we feel have been overlooked by other carriers,” said Drew Wells, chief revenue officer at Allegiant.

“Allegiant’s unique business model, connecting small-to-medium sized cities to vacation destinations,” Wells continued, “creates accessible travel options not otherwise available in what we believe are underserved markets.”

How to Book Allegiant Flights

Allegiant is a low-cost airline and tacks on extra fees for seat selection, baggage, and more.

Once you’ve settled on travel dates, you’ll want to book your ticket with a credit card that rewards airfare or travel purchases. Some of our favorites include the Platinum Card® from American ExpressChase Sapphire Reserve®, or Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card, which all offer welcome offers (after meeting minimum spending requirements) and benefits like complimentary lounge access.

Bottom Line:

Allegiant’s loyalty program is called Allways Rewards. You’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent on any purchase made through Allegiant and 2 points per $1 if your total transaction amount is $500+.
