The Aloft Denver Downtown has officially reopened after undergoing a $3 million renovation. The hotel welcomes guests to updated rooms and refreshed common areas including the social lounge, lobby, and fitness center.

Here’s what you can expect at this newly reopened Marriott property in the Mile High City.

Aloft Denver Downtown Gets a Complete Refresh

The Aloft Denver Downtown is a 140-room hotel conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Denver’s major attractions. The hotel is also just 20 miles from Denver International Airport (DEN).

The hotel now features a “bold and eclectic” style throughout the common areas and guest rooms. Specifically, the lobby’s dark gray background is accented with pops of colors like yellow and purple with black and white wallpaper. The color palette continues to the hotel’s bar, lounge, and fitness center.

Guest rooms have been refitted with all-new headboards and amenities like in-room steamers and Drybar bath amenities.

Three other venues at the hotel also underwent a transformation: WXYZ Bar, Re:mix lounge, and Re:fuel by Aloft, the hotel’s 24/7 market.

How To Book Aloft Denver Downtown

The Aloft Denver Downtown is officially reopened and participating in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. That means you’ll be able to earn and redeem points at the property.

Award nights for dates this fall can be found for as low as 21,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night, or $196 per night.

If you’d like to bolster your account balance, you’re in luck, as earning Marriott Bonvoy points is pretty easy. Several Marriott Bonvoy co-branded credit cards are available, all with substantial welcome offers. You can then redeem Marriott Bonvoy points at resorts and hotels worldwide, including at this property.

Additionally, you can transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points and American Express Membership Rewards points to Marriott Bonvoy at a 1:1 ratio.

Hot Tip:

Chase and Marriott are currently offering a 50% transfer bonus when you convert your Ultimate Rewards points to Marriott Bonvoy points. The promotion lasts through September 30, 2023.

Final Thoughts

The Aloft Denver Downtown‘s new look adds another hip hotel accommodation option to the downtown Denver area. With favorable points pricing and proximity to many of the city’s top attractions, it’s definitely worth considering for your next visit.
