Marriott has opened the new Aloft hotel — now the world’s largest — in Singapore.

Here’s what you need to know.

Aloft Singapore Novena Hotel Has Nearly 800 Rooms

With 781 rooms and 4 suites, the Aloft Singapore Novena is the largest Aloft hotel in the world and takes up 2 towers.

Each room features a 55” flat-screen television, complimentary Wi-Fi access and local calls, in-room USB charging ports, wireless charging capabilities, and more.

The hotel has several dining options, including a modern Chinese restaurant and the brand’s signature W XYZ bar, serving up small bites and cocktails. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor gym and a pool.

“Today, we proudly celebrate the opening of Aloft Singapore Novena as the largest Aloft hotel in the world,” said Tony Cousens, General Manager of Aloft Singapore Novena. “Primed to deliver experiences that are fuelled by an eclectic fusion of music and design, we are poised to offer unparalleled experiences in the midst of the ever-changing travel landscape.”

This marks Marriott’s debut of the Aloft brand in Singapore, a city-state in Southeast Asia. The Aloft brand is known for its eclectic design, communal spaces, and signature music programming, Live at Aloft. Today, you’ll find over 220 Aloft hotels worldwide in 30 countries and territories.

How to Book the Aloft Singapore Novena

The Aloft Singapore Novena is now open for guests, so you can earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points at the hotel.

Award nights are what you would expect at an Aloft, with rates starting at 35,000 points per night this fall and winter. Cash rates are also reasonable at around $165 per night this fall.

Earning Marriott Bonvoy points is pretty simple, especially if you need to top up your balance ahead of an important redemption. Marriott Bonvoy has several co-branded credit cards, all of which come with substantial welcome offers. You can redeem Marriott Bonvoy points at resorts and hotels worldwide, including at this property.

You can also transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points and American Express Membership Rewards points to Marriott Bonvoy at a 1:1 ratio.

Final Thoughts

It’s unsurprising that Marriott would open its largest Aloft in Singapore, a country that sees a lot of traffic from business and leisure travelers alike. With competitive award nights and cash rates, this should be a hotel to check out on your next trip to Singapore!
