The luxury Aman brand has announced plans to open a location in Beverly Hills in 2026.

Here’s what you need to know.

Aman Beverly Hills To Open at One Beverly Hills in 2026

Aman Beverly Hills will be part of the sprawling One Beverly Hills complex, which is expected to encompass more than 17 acres. The 10-story complex will have 42 suites for guests and 37 condos for owners.

“One Beverly Hills will change the way sustainability and healthy living is approached and sets the standard for future development,” Beny Alagem, CEO of Alagem Capital Group, said in a statement.

Vlad Doronin, Aman’s Chairman and CEO, said the Beverly Hills property is part of a larger plan to expand the chain’s footprint in urban destinations globally. The hotel chain plans to open the Aman New York on August 2, 2022, Aman Residences in Tokyo in 2023, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok in 2023, and Aman Miami Beach in 2024.

“The announcement of Aman Beverly Hills further demonstrates our commitment to this strategy and long-term vision,” Doronin said.

“Staying true [to] our DNA and the revered Aman lifestyle, Aman Beverly Hills, nestled in its expansive botanical gardens, captures the legacy and heritage of Aman while connecting our guests with fascinating urban environments,” the statement continued.

We’re still learning about the property, but Aman says it will be situated at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards in the heart of Beverly Hills. It will be near the most famous Beverly Hills attractions, such as Rodeo Drive.

The hotel will be located just steps away from other ultra-swanky properties, including Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, The Beverly Hilton, and Peninsula Beverly Hills.

The grounds will feature a hotel, private Aman Residences, an Aman Club, multiple dining venues, and an Aman Spa.

The Aman brand is among the priciest hotel chains around, with rates at properties such as the Amangiri in Utah topping $4,000 per night for fall dates, and its Amanyara hotel in Turks and Caicos, costing a whopping $2,500 a night.

Aman was founded in 1988 and has since expanded to 39 resorts, hotels, and private residences in nearly 2 dozen countries.
