If you are planning a trip to Taiwan or East Asia, we found an Amex Offer that could save you some serious cash.

Right now, you can save $180 when you spend $1,200 or more on EVA Air.

Although EVA may not be the first airline that comes to mind when you are searching for flights to Asia, it is an excellent option across all cabins if the price is right.

Let’s take a look at the details.

EVA Air Amex Offer — Details

Check your American Express account(s) to see if you were targeted for an Amex Offer from EVA Air that can earn you $180 back when you spend $1,200 or more on eligible purchases by December 31, 2024.

As always, there is some fine print to be aware of, including:

  • The offer expires on December 31, 2024
  • Must be booked online only at U.S. website evaair.com, through the EVA mobile app, or by phone at 1-800-695-1188
  • Flight must originate in the U.S.
  • Purchase must be charged in USD
  • Valid on seat selection and baggage fees
  • Not valid on cargo service, EVA Sky Shop, UNI Air, Evasion Holiday, EVA Choices, EVA Air Run, and Taiwan High-Speed Rail

The $180 statement credit will be posted within 90 days after the end of the offer, December 31, 2024. However, in our experience, it often posts much sooner than that.

Hot Tip:

Prefer to book with miles? Right now, EVA Air is selling miles with a 30% bonus!

About EVA Air

EVA Air is a 5-star airline based out of Taiwan and is known for its solid onboard product and, of course, its special Hello Kitty livery jets.

The airline flies nonstop to 8 cities in North America, so finding a flight that works for you shouldn’t be too difficult.

For example, you could fly roundtrip from San Francisco (SFO) to Taipei (TPE) for just $841 in economy. So an itinerary with 2 people could trigger the Amex Offer and save $90 per person.

Alternatively, you could fly 1-way in Premium Economy for $1,202, which would trigger the offer and score you a 15% discount.

This would also leave you the opportunity to fly back in business class using points and miles!

Final Thoughts

Saving money on flights to Asia is always nice. Right now, thanks to a generous Amex Offer, you can save $180 when you spend $1,200 or more with EVA Air, representing a 15% discount on your next flight.

Just be sure to activate the offer and use it by December 31, 2024.
