Hyatt has some unique hotels in its portfolio, and right now there’s an Amex Offer floating around that could save you $100 at Independent Collection brands in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

This offer could save you up to 25% off your next Hyatt stay this summer. Let’s take a look at the details!

Spend $400 or More, Get $100 Back

Check your accounts for a targeted Amex Offer from Hyatt that will get you a one-time $100 statement credit after spending $400 or more at select Hyatt Independent Collection hotels and resorts.

Hyatt Independent Collection brands include The Unbound Collection, Destination by Hyatt, and JdV by Hyatt. So if you have a stay planned at one of these brands, check to see if they are participating in this promotion. Here are the details to be aware of:

  • Offer expires September 30, 2023
  • Reservations must be made directly with Hyatt
  • Not valid for purchases of gift cards, or World of Hyatt points
  • Excludes bookings made through MGM and via Hyatt Travel or Hyatt Vacations
  • Offer valid at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts within the Independent Collection brands in Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and the U.S.

Not all locations will trigger the offer, here’s a full-list list of the participating Hyatt Independent Collection properties.

Hotel Options

The Unbound Collection, Destination by Hyatt, and JdV by Hyatt have some really nice properties to choose from in the U.S. and abroad. While you can browse the entire list of eligible hotels, here are a few nice options…

Hana-Maui Resort [Hana, Hawaii]

The Hana-Maui Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel is a destination alone, and getting there is half the fun.

This slice of Hawaiian paradise starts at around $500 per night. Therefore, you could save 20% with this offer. Alternatively, you could pay with points and use the spa and restaurant to trigger the statement credit.

The Lodge at Spruce Peak [Stowe, Vermont]

The Lodge at Spruce Peak, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel is a piece of rustic luxury in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains.

This is a Category 8 property, which means award nights can be expensive. However, with cash rates starting around $300, using this offer for a weekend getaway with nature could save you a nice chunk of cash.

Great Scotland Yard Hotel [London, U.K.]

The Great Scotland Yard Hotel – Unbound Collection by Hyatt is another 5-star hotel in London’s historical Westminster neighborhood.

Luxury hotels in London are not cheap, but you could potentially save 25% off of a 1-night stay with this Amex Offer.

Hot Tip:

You can stack this Amex Offer with Hyatt’s double point promotion at select hotels this summer!

Final Thoughts

We love a good Amex Offer, especially when it can save us money on hotels we were already planning on staying at.

Saving 25% on a Hyatt stay is a great deal. And if you prefer paying with points, your incidentals should trigger the $100 offer as well. Be sure to check your Amex accounts and activate the offer to save money on your Hyatt Independent Collection stays!
