Update:The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Now’s your chance to fly JSX — a pseudo-private-jet airline — for less.

American Express is targeting some of its cardholders with an Amex Offer for $100 off JSX flights when spending $500 or more.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Save $100 on JSX Flights

If you have an Amex card (or a few of them) in your wallet, you’re going to want to check your accounts as you may have been targeted to get $100 back when you spend $500 or more on a flight with JSX through October 27, 2023.

As with all Amex Offers, you must add each offer to the card it was targeted for in order to achieve your savings. With this particular offer, you must book your flight directly through JSX, either via its website or its mobile app (iOS, Android).

The discount will be received in the form of a $100 statement credit that will be issued 90 days after October 23, 2023, at the latest. However, in our experience, statement credits from Amex Offers are usually posted soon after the qualifying purchase is made.

Hot Tip:

Take a look at the list of the best current Amex Offers to help you save money and get even more value from your American Express cards.

What Is JSX?

JSX is an airline that gets you as close as possible to flying private without having to shell out tens of thousands of dollars to charter your own jet.

The airline typically operates from smaller airports in its own terminals, meaning you can arrive at the airport only about a half hour before departure time.

JSX tickets include 2 checked bags, complimentary snack and beverage service (including alcohol), and the fastest inflight Wi-Fi in the sky today — it’s even fast enough to stream Netflix at 35,000 feet!

The airline doesn’t have a huge network, but it is expanding to more cities across the U.S. and even to some international destinations including the Bahamas and Mexico. It has “hubs” at Burbank, California (BUR) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) in Texas.

Instead of flying the busy route between Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO), you could choose JSX to take you from Burbank to Oakland (OAK) and avoid frenzied, packed airports, not to mention traffic on the freeway.

You could purchase a round-trip ticket on the aforementioned route for $538, which means you would only be out $438 if you took advantage of this Amex Offer.

Final Thoughts

If JSX offers service in your city and can take you where you need (or want) to go, this Amex Offer can go a long way in allowing you to experience a whole new way of flying.
