The new Amex Offer allows you to earn a $100 statement credit after using your card to spend $500 or more in 1 or more qualifying purchases on room rate and room charges at select Preferred Hotels & Resorts by July 8, 2026.

There are about 450 hotels worldwide that are eligible for the deal. You can view the full list and complete your booking on the promotion page.

Here are the other terms to note:

Reservations must be made online only at the website preferredhotels.com/offer/amexoffer-2026 in order to qualify.
Qualifying purchases must total a minimum of $500.
Offer only valid on room rate and room charges.
Offer not valid for lodging stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.
Offer is only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant.

Is It Worth It?

While you shouldn’t go out of your way to do so, if you are planning to travel soon and considering staying at a Preferred Hotels & Resorts property, this is a great opportunity to save some cash on your booking.

If you’re able to book as close to the $500 requirement as possible, the $100 credit will provide you with a 20% savings.
