Check your Amex Offers because there’s a solid new offer for cash-back on purchases with Turo.

We’ve seen this offer before, and it’s a great way to save some cash on this peer-to-peer rental platform where discounts are hard to come by.

Let’s take a look at everything you should know.

Amex Offer for Turo — Details

From now through April 3, 2025, you can earn a $30 statement credit after spending $150 or more in purchases online at turo.com or through its mobile app (iOS, Android).

There are some terms and conditions to be aware of, but overall it’s a straightforward Amex Offer. make sure to check all of your American Express cards (if you have a few) before enrolling in the offer.

You must book directly with Turo, and vehicles must be returned and completed by the offer end date of April 3, 2025. This offer applies to reservations in the U.S. and Canada only.

Drivers under the age of 25 may have to pay higher rates. Also, note that the offer excludes Community Benefits, previously completed trips, and payments made directly to hosts. The offer is non-transferable.

If you aren’t familiar, Turo is a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace where owners can list personal cars and other people can rent them. Drivers can choose from an array of vehicles, and it’s not uncommon to find vehicles from luxury brands like Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Tesla.

It shouldn’t be too difficult to meet the terms of this Amex Offer, particularly if you plan to reserve a car for an extended period.

For instance, you could rent this Chrysler Pacifica in Orlando for $47 per day in September, which would easily hit the minimum spend required if you spent 4 days at the theme parks.

What Are Amex Offers?

Amex Offers are deals through which you can earn either statement credits or Membership Rewards points for purchases. This is an easy way to earn Amex Membership Rewards points or cash-back on purchases you already have to make.

However, these deals are not automatically loaded to your card; you have to add them manually. Also, keep in mind that many offers are targeted. That means while you may see an offer on 1 Amex card, you may not see the same offer on another.

Final Thoughts

This is a solid offer, particularly if you were already thinking about booking a reservation with Turo.

If you see a car you like, remember to book it using an Amex Card targeted for the cash-back offer. Just make sure to book and complete your reservation by April 3.
