World of Hyatt members have been waiting years for the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, and now it’s finally bookable.

After multiple delays, Hyatt has opened reservations beginning in June 2027, with award nights starting at 55,000 points per night. That’s big news for points travelers, as Turks & Caicos has long been one of the toughest Caribbean destinations to book with points. Even better, award availability for June and early July 2027 is currently wide open.

Let’s take a look.

Book the Andaz Turks & Caicos With Points

If there’s one thing we often see when a highly anticipated hotel finally opens reservations, it’s a flood of award availability. That’s precisely what’s happening here with the June 2027 opening for the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay.

At the time of writing, award nights are widely available from the resort’s June 2027 debut through early July 2027, with rates starting at 55,000 World of Hyatt points per night. Considering cash rates start at around $1,500 per night, redeeming points is easily the better value.

Summer is traditionally one of the slower seasons in the Caribbean, so if Hyatt is charging 55,000 points right out of the gate, don’t expect the resort to be a property that frequently drops to bargain-level redemption rates.

Under Hyatt’s new award chart, Category 8 hotels can theoretically price as low as 35,000 points per night and as high as 75,000 points per night. While it’s certainly possible we’ll eventually see lower rates, our bet is that this will be one of those ultra-exclusive resorts where both cash rates and award rates stay stubbornly high most of the year.

For now, though, the good news is simple: if you’ve been dreaming of redeeming Hyatt points for a stay on Grace Bay, there’s plenty of opening-season award space to choose from.

How To Find Award Availability

We recommend checking out MaxMyPoint‘s handy calendar tool, which helped us find wide-open availability for award nights in June and early July 2027.

This free resource lets you scan availability for an entire year at once, though it does limit the number of free daily searches.

Award nights currently cost 55,000 World of Hyatt points per night for all available dates, while cash rates start at roughly $1,500 before taxes and fees. That works out to about 2.7 cents per point in redemption value — well above Upgraded Points’ current valuation of World of Hyatt points at 1.4 cents apiece. In other words, travelers redeeming points here are getting nearly twice the estimated value.

Final Thoughts

After a long wait, the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay finally appears set to debut in June 2027. Better yet, World of Hyatt members don’t have to wait to start planning, as award stays are now bookable from 55,000 points per night.

With just 59 rooms and suites, this intimate luxury resort is poised to become one of the most sought-after World of Hyatt redemptions in the Caribbean. If the current award availability is any indication, travelers interested in staying here may want to lock in their reservations sooner rather than later.
