The wait is over: Hyatt has officially opened reservations for the highly anticipated Park Hyatt Riviera Maya. If you’ve been eyeing this property, now is a great time to book.

We’re seeing wide-open award availability from February through May 2027, with rates starting at 55,000 World of Hyatt points per night.

This opening is particularly noteworthy because the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya will be the first all-inclusive resort under Hyatt’s luxurious Park Hyatt brand. While details are still limited, the combination of a brand-new Park Hyatt and an all-inclusive concept is already generating plenty of buzz.

Let’s take a look at the details.

Book the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya With Points

The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is one of the most anticipated Hyatt openings in years. Located just south of Cancun in Mexico’s Riviera Maya region, the resort will introduce a new concept for the Park Hyatt brand by combining its signature luxury experience with an all-inclusive format.

As we previously reported, bookings are now open for the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya ahead of its February 2027 opening. Better yet, the launch of reservations has been accompanied by wide-open award availability across the resort’s first few months, making now an ideal time to lock in a stay with World of Hyatt points.

We’re seeing wide-open standard-room award space from February through May 2027, giving travelers plenty of opportunities to lock in a stay before demand inevitably increases as the hotel’s opening approaches.

Standard room awards start at 55,000 World of Hyatt points per night. That’s notable because most 2027 availability is already pricing between 55,000 and 65,000 points per night for double occupancy, making this one of Hyatt’s most expensive all-inclusive redemptions.

Given that nightly cash rates already exceed $1,400 after taxes and fees on many datesredeeming Hyatt points is easily the better value. Based on our valuation of World of Hyatt points at 1.4 cents each, this is an outstanding redemption, and it’s possible to get nearly 3 cents per point in value — more than double what we typically value Hyatt points at.

As with many highly anticipated new luxury properties, we don’t expect this level of award availability to last forever. Early bookings often disappear once travelers become aware of a new resort opening.

How To Book the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya

The best way to locate standard award availability is to use Rooms.aero or MaxMyPoint. You can search by month from February to May 2027 to view the pricing for award nights, which typically range from 55,000 to 65,000 points per night.

If you’re interested in experiencing the first all-inclusive Park Hyatt, this may be the perfect opportunity to secure your reservation before the resort officially opens and award inventory becomes more competitive.

Hot Tip:

Need more points? You can earn Hyatt points by staying at a Hyatt hotel, using a Hyatt credit card, or by transferring points from either Chase Ultimate Rewards or Bilt Rewards.

Final Thoughts

If the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is already on your travel wish list, now is the time to book. We’re seeing plenty of award availability during the resort’s first few months, with rates starting at 55,000 World of Hyatt points per night.

Considering cash rates are already north of $1,400 per night, redeeming points could be a fantastic way to experience Hyatt’s first-ever all-inclusive Park Hyatt without paying luxury resort prices.
