World of Hyatt members now have a lot more beach-friendly redemption options, and they start at just 12,000 points per night.

Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts has officially joined World of Hyatt, and rooms are now available to book with points. This marks a major shift for the all-inclusive brand and expands Hyatt’s growing footprint in this space as the program continues to add resort-style properties in popular vacation destinations.

Here’s what you need to know about the newest brand of the World of Hyatt program.

Bahia Principe Resorts Joins World of Hyatt

Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts has officially begun participating in World of Hyatt as of March 24, 2026, bringing 22 all-inclusive resorts into the program across destinations like the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, and Tenerife in Spain’s Canary Islands.

Gone is My Bahia Principe loyalty program, now guests can earn and redeem World of Hyatt points for their stays.

Now that the program has been fully integrated, members can expect the following:

Award nights starting at 12,000 points during off-peak pricing
5 base points per eligible $1 spent on room rates
Bonus points based on elite tier status
Bonus points for members with Hyatt co-branded credit cards
Credit toward tier status and Milestone Rewards
Progress toward the Brand Explorer Award, where members earn a free night after staying at 5 unique Hyatt brands
On-property elite benefits, where available

The World of Hyatt Credit Card holders can earn up to 9x points when paying for their stay with their co-branded card.

[Booking Closed] Limited-Time Bonus Points

To celebrate the addition of Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, World of Hyatt is running a limited-time promotion that can earn guests double Hyatt points on stays this summer.

Details for the 2x points promo include:

Register for the promotion here by March 30, 2026
Complete your stay by June 30, 2026
Hotel must be participating in the World of Hyatt program to qualify

These points are in addition to the 5x base points you would receive as a member, as well as the 4x points when paying with your World of Hyatt card.
