Summer is in full swing, but Breeze Airways is already thinking about fall travel. The low-cost airline announced 3 routes today, which include the resumption of a route between Tampa, Florida, and Charleston, West Virginia.

Let’s take a look.

Breeze Continues East Coast Expansion

Breeze Airways has announced several new routes — all set to begin in October. The new routes include flights to Norfolk, Virginia (ORF), Orlando (MCO), Raleigh-Durham (RDU), and Ogdensburg, New York (OGS), as well as a returning route between Tampa (TPA) and Charleston, West Virginia (CRW).

Here’s a look at the new (and returning) routes and their frequencies:

  • Raleigh-Durham (RDU) to Ogdensburg, New York (OGS) starting September 2, 2025
  • Charleston (CRW) to Tampa, (TPA) resuming on October 3, 2025
  • Norfolk (ORF) to Orlando (MCO) starting October 3, 2025

The the Norfolk-to-Orlando and Charleston-to-Tampa routes will operate 2x weekly, on Mondays and Fridays. Interestingly, Breeze will fly 3 times weekly between Raleigh and Ogdensburg on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

In announcing the routes, Breeze founder and CEO David Neeleman said the airline continues to see “rising demand” for new routes.

“These new and returning routes will allow our guests to conveniently connect to more amazing destinations across our network as we work to bring them even more options in the future,” said Neeleman.

How To Book Breeze’s New Flights

Breeze’s new flights don’t begin until this fall; however, tickets are on sale as of today. You’ll find some competitive prices, particularly between Raleigh-Durham and Ogdensburg, where flights start at $34 one-way.

Once you’ve settled on your flights, make sure to book with one of the best travel credit cards for flights or purchases with Breeze. The airline has a co-branded credit card, Breeze Easy™ Visa Signature® Credit Card. This card earns up to 10x points on airline purchases, plus 2x points on eligible grocery store and restaurant purchases, including inflight food and beverages on Breeze.

Hot Tip:

The cheapest tickets are in Breeze’s No Flex Fare class, which is the most restrictive. As a budget airline, Breeze keeps costs low by charging customers extra for baggage and seat selection. If you want more flexibility, such as the ability to bring checked baggage, pick a seat, or change your flight, we recommend booking a Nicer or Nicest fare.

Final Thoughts

Breeze is back with several new routes and 1 returning route. This is excellent news, as the airline is known for connecting underserved destinations and clearly saw a need to revive the Charleston-to-Tampa route.

These routes will take off in early October, and they’re on sale now.
