If you hold a Capital One Venture X Business CardInformation collected independently. Not reviewed by Capital One., there’s something new waiting in your account — a Business Travel portal. At first glance, it might look like the usual Capital One travel page, but look closer and you’ll notice the difference: corporate hotel rates, exclusive Southwest Airlines access, and a layout designed specifically for business owners.

If you have a Capital One business card, this new portal is worth a look. Here’s what you’ll find inside.

A New Portal Built Just for Business Travelers

If you’re a cardholder of the Capital One Venture X Business card or another Capital One business card, you might not notice anything new at first. When you click into your rewards tab, you’ll see the same Capital One Travel homepage you’re used to.

But here’s the trick: If you click on “Discover Travel” or “Book Travel,” you’ll be taken to an entirely different experience: the Capital One Business Travel portal.

It’s a dedicated space built for business cardholders, complete with corporate hotel rates, exclusive access to book Southwest Airlines flights, and tools designed to make business travel simpler and more rewarding.

This isn’t just a rebranded version of the personal Capital One Venture travel site. Certain features only appear when you’re logged in with a business card. We tested this using a personal Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card and a Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and didn’t see the same tools, corporate rates, or the ability to book Southwest flights. Those are reserved exclusively for business accounts.

Corporate Hotel Discounts

One of the first things you’ll notice in the portal is corporate hotel rates. Search for a city like Miami, and you’ll see discounted nightly rates clearly labeled as “corporate rates” at eligible properties with savings of up to 10% off the best available public rate.

Your savings might be just a few dollars compared to the standard rates, but if you’re booking multiple nights, trips for a team, or high-demand destinations, those savings can add up fast.

Southwest Flights Only Visible to Business Cardholders

Another standout perk is exclusive access to book Southwest Airlines flights. These flights only appear when you book through the Business Travel portal. They’re completely hidden if you’re using a personal Capital One Venture card or Capital One Venture X card.

Normally, you can’t book Southwest flights with Capital One miles, but business cardholders now can. For anyone who flies Southwest frequently or wants to get more value from their rewards on domestic trips, this is a nice addition.

Designed Specifically for Business Travel

The portal is built for business travelers, featuring tools designed specifically for business owners.

You can control costs by setting policy limits on flight prices and fare classes, save time with auto-approved bookings, and manage employee travel profiles. It also provides insights into business travel spend with an intuitive reporting dashboard.

The layout is clean, the tools are practical, and the experience feels tailored, rather than a one-size-fits-all setup — making it an intriguing tool for business cardholders managing work trips.

Hot Tip:

If your business books travel for multiple employees, be sure to explore the portal’s policy and reporting tools. You can set spending limits, auto-approve trips that fit your rules, and track overall travel spend — all of which can help keep trips organized and costs more manageable.

Final Thoughts

This is a pretty cool development from Capital One — a quietly added Business Travel portal for Capital One Venture X BusinessInformation collected independently. Not reviewed by Capital One. cardholders and those with other eligible business cards. With exclusive perks like corporate hotel rates, the ability to book Southwest flights, and tools to help manage employee travel and track spending, it’s clearly tailored for business needs.

Together, these features make the portal valuable for business cardholders. If you have an eligible card, it’s worth checking out. You might find some new ways to make your travel easier and more rewarding.
