The list of Sapphire Lounge locations is adding another name to its “coming soon” list. Officially known as the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, these chic airport spaces continue to expand into additional locations, and the next spot will open at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Here’s what we know so far.

What Is the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club?

The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club network is a set of airport lounges that first debuted in Hong Kong in October 2022. Since then, the lounge network has grown quickly, with 8 Sapphire Lounges currently open, and 2 are offered in partnership with Etihad Airways.

There are 3 lounges on the “coming soon” list: Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas (LAS), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and, now, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Those with the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, the Chase Sapphire Reserve Business Card, J.P. Morgan Reserve Card, and The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card enrolled in a Priority Pass membership get unlimited visits to Sapphire Lounges and can bring up to 2 guests for free. Each additional guest beyond that costs $27, though Ritz-Carlton cardholders can bring in an unlimited number of guests for no additional charge.

There’s no charge for these cardholders to bring children ages 2 and under as guests, and authorized users on these cards enjoy the same lounge benefits.

Those with a Priority Pass membership on a different credit card can visit the Sapphire Lounges in the U.S. once per year, though they don’t have any complimentary guest privileges. Additional visits will cost $75 each, while non-Priority Pass members can visit the lounges on a day pass that costs $100.

Hot Tip:

The Sapphire Lounge in Hong Kong has different access rules, available to Priority Pass visitors as often as they’d like to visit before departing flights.

Limited Details on the Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW

Chase hasn’t provided an estimated opening date for its newest DFW lounge at Terminal D, which is home to international carriers like Air France, Emirates, Japan Airlines, and Qantas.

At this point, all we know is that it will occupy 18,105 square feet of space. Chase wasn’t able to provide any specifics or unique features about the lounge at this time.

Obviously, larger lounges can offer more amenities than smaller spaces. The Sapphire Lounge at New York-LaGuardia (LGA) covers 22,000 square feet, while the Sapphire Lounge in Philadelphia (PHL) occupies 20,000 square feet. These are the 2 closest lounges, in terms of size, to the new DFW location.

What do they offer? You’ll find wellness rooms and spa services at both locations, plus games, ample seating, free Wi-Fi, bathrooms with showers, and complimentary food and drinks. The Philadelphia location has a beer garden, while the LaGuardia lounge has Reserve Suites with exclusive amenities — and a hefty price tag when booking them in advance. There’s also an arcade at the LGA lounge.

Given its size, we can expect similar amenities at the Sapphire Lounge at DFW when it opens. Chase also does a good job of adding local flair to its lounges, including local beers and restaurants, art from local artists on the walls, and a vibe that fits its setting.

Final Thoughts

There aren’t many confirmed details for the newest Chase Sapphire Lounge location, but we know one is coming to DFW. Given the timing we’ve seen from announcement to receiving guests at other lounges, it’s unlikely this lounge will open within the next 12 months.

We’ll be sure to provide updates as we learn more about this upcoming lounge.
