Chase is planning on opening a 16,000-square-foot lounge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), one of the largest in its network.

The new $70 million Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club could be approved as early as this week, and would be located right next to the Delta lounge complex, which would be great news for travelers in Concourse A.

Let’s take a look at the details.

Chase Sapphire Lounge Seattle

On September 22, 2026, the Port of Seattle will vote to authorize a 16,000-square-foot Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in Concourse A at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which was first flagged by View from the Wing.

The future location of the Chase Sapphire Lounge Seattle will be right next to the Delta One Lounge as part of a lounge shuffle, as the United Club is moving to Concourse B, and The Club at SEA will move into that vacant space.

Chase will take the space The Club at SEA is leaving and expand on it to the tune of $70 million across the initial build and a midterm refurbishment over the course of the 15-year lease.

No potential opening date has been announced, but thanks to the current infrastructure that is already in place, it is possible that construction could move faster than some other Sapphire Lounge projects.

How To Access Chase Sapphire Lounges

Chase Sapphire Lounges are some of the most popular lounges in the U.S., and for good reason.

With top-tier dining options, full bars with custom cocktails, coffee, desserts, wellness areas, and more, spending a few hours at one of these locations is a great way to relax before a flight.

To address overcrowding, Chase has tightened access requirements. The current cards allow compliementary Chase Sapphire Lounge access with up to 2 guests:

Additional guests are $27 per person, and kids 2 and under are free. Travelers without any of these cards can purchase a day pass for $100.

Hot Tip:

The Chase Sapphire Reserve card comes with more than $2,000 in annual credits and has a current welcome offer we value at $2,000.

Final Thoughts

Chase is making big moves with plans to open one of its largest lounges in Seattle.

The 16,000-square-foot, $70 million Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club would be the network’s 12th lounge and would be right next to the Delta One Lounge in Concourse A — which is great news for SeaTac travelers.
