Thanks to low-cost carrier Norse Atlantic, you can fly nonstop from New York to Athens round-trip from just $739 in premium economy.

That’s cheaper than the economy fares you’ll often find with the likes of American, Delta, and United!

Let’s take a look.

Fare Deal — Details

Getting to Greece in comfort just got a whole lot cheaper, thanks to this deal with Norse Atlantic.

These bargain $739 round-trip fares include wide seats with 43 inches of pitch and extra recline, priority check-in and boarding, a full complimentary meal service, and even an amenity kit.

The main difference between premium economy with a full-service carrier and Norse’s Premium Light fares is baggage allowance. Rather than a checked bag, these fares only include a carry-on bag with a weight limit of 33 pounds (15 kilograms).

A final thing to note is that these fares are only available in April next year.

  • Class: Premium economy
  • Routes: New York (JFK) to Athens (ATH)
  • Dates: Only in April 2025
  • Rates: From $739 round-trip

Departing on April 18 will get you the lowest fare of $739 round-trip.

Departures the following week will cost around $30 more at $769 round-trip.

Best Ways To Book

We found these fares using Google Flights‘ nifty Explore tool.

Search results might show cheaper options when booking with a third party or OTA (online travel agency), rather than booking directly with Norse. In this instance, we’d always recommend booking directly with the airline.

Our next piece of advice would be to use a travel rewards card to book these lights. A great example is The Platinum Card® from American Express, which offers 5x Membership Rewards points per $1 spent on flights booked directly with the airline or through AmexTravel.com (capped at $500,000 spent on these purchases per calendar year, then 1x points).

Hot Tip:

One way to make your Norse experience a little less low-cost is spending time in an airport lounge before you fly. You can get access as a perk of several credit cards, such as the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, which offers Priority Pass lounge access as well as a whole host of other premium benefits.

Final Thoughts

Even those most disinclined to fly low-cost could be tempted by this offer for premium economy flights to Greece.

We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for more excellent value fares like this with Norse.
