While American Airlines is the dominant carrier at Miami International Airport (MIA), Delta flyers visiting Miami will now have an impressive, expanded Sky Club to enjoy during their travels.

Here’s what Delta passengers can expect from a visit to the new-and-improved Sky Club Lounge in MIA’s Concourse H.

Delta’s Expanded Concourse H Sky Club in Miami

The new Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport has recently undergone an expansion, adding an additional 4,000 square feet of space. With over 100 new seating options, Miami’s revamped Sky Club now boasts a total area of just over 12,000 square feet, providing ample room to accommodate approximately 300 guests.

The new space, open now, has a massive 50% extra seating.

“Miami is an important global transport hub, with increasing prominence in the Delta network,” said Claude Roussel, vice president – Sky Clubs and Lounge Experience. “The expansion and renovation of the MIA Club helps us support the growth in this market and elevates the lounge experience to one suited to the profile of this vibrant city.”

Located in MIA’s Concourse H, which is where Delta Air Lines operates its flights from, travelers on the airline will now have access to a new buffet and an extra beverage station to accommodate the increased guest volume.

Expect to see a greater variety of seating arrangements, such as bar seats, communal tables, and single-seat dining tables, to suit all kinds of visitors.

With power outlets available at practically every seat and a charging station in the middle of the communal tables, the new lounge will allow travelers to keep their devices charged.

As you might expect, the newly expanded Sky Club features some Miami flare, with vibrant hues and sunny beaches inspiring its design. The city’s Art Deco heritage is honored with a new mosaic, and the turquoise oceans, blue skies, and typical white and gold accents found in South Florida designs served as inspiration for the color scheme.

Final Thoughts
