As of today, October 8, 2025, prices for tickets, annual passes, Lightning Lanes, and more have increased at Disneyland and Walt Disney World in the U.S.

Lately, Disney fans have started to dread this time of year, as this has become the default time for price increase announcements — but this one isn’t so bad. The lowest-priced tickets will remain unchanged, and there are even some new discounts to take advantage of.

However, if you are unable to snag an off-peak date, you can expect modest increases at parks on both coasts.

Let’s take a look at the details.

The 2025 Disney Ticket Price Hike

Both Disney World and Disneyland increased prices effective immediately. These price hikes include park tickets, Lightning Lane Multi Pass, annual passes, and even parking.

The good news is that the lowest-priced tickets at both parks — which are $119 at Disney World and $104 at Disneyland — will remain unchanged. However, on the other end of the spectrum, the most expensive single-day peak pricing tickets will jump to $209 at Walt Disney World in Florida and $224 at Disneyland in California.

According to Mickey Visit, the highest-tier 1-Day 1 Park Per Day ticket price has increased by more than 126% over the past decade at Disneyland. However, the lowest tier has remained unchanged since 2019.

This marks the first time a single-day park ticket has passed the $200 mark at Walt Disney World.

Parking will also increase by $5 in Orlando.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass

If you are a fan of the popular line-skipping service, Lightning Lane Multi Pass, know that pricing for this has also increased.

Disney World has updated the pricing for all parks:

  • Magic Kingdom: $45 (was $39)
  • EPCOT: $37 (was $32)
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $39 (was $35)
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $35 (was $29)

At Disneyland, the baseline pricing is now $34 per person (a 6.25% increase), and variable pricing will start at $37.

Annual Passes

As expected, annual passes are getting a price increase as well.

Disney World has updated the pricing on all 4 tiers of passes, with increases ranging from $20 to $80.

  • Pixie Dust Pass: $489 (was $469)
  • Pirate Pass: $869 (was $829)
  • Sorcerer Pass: $1,099 (was $1,079)
  • Incredi-Pass: $1,629 (was $1,549)

At Disneyland, the least expensive passes will remain unchanged, while the top-tier passes will jump by $100 and $150 each.

  • Imagine Key: $599
  • Enchant Key: $974
  • Believe Key: $1,474 (was $1,374)
  • Inspire Key: $1,899 (was $1,749)

How To Save Money on a Disney Vacation

While it may seem like a trip to see Mickey is getting further and further out of reach for many families, due to the constant price increases, it can still be quite affordable when using points and miles for a Disney vacation.

Additionally, despite the top-tier price jumps, the base cost for a day at Disney is staying the same for now. In fact, Disney rolled out some of its best discounts in recent years in order to help with the sticker shock.

At Disney World, guests can save up to $250 per night when booking a 4-Night, 4-Day Room-and-Ticket Package, plus you can stack that offer with the free kids dining plan to save even more!

Over at Disneyland, locals can snag the best deal in years on a new California Resident 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket for just $249!

Final Thoughts

Disney has announced record-high price increases at Disney World and Disneyland, effective immediately. Although there is some initial sticker shock, the lowest-priced tickets remain unchanged. Additionally, there are some aggressive deals available.

While we never like to see the price of tickets increase, that has been the trend lately. We will likely see the same next October, as long as demand stays high.
