Ennismore — formerly known as sbe — is expanding in the Mexican beach destination of Tulum by announcing a hotel scheduled to open in 2024.

Here’s what you need to know!

JO&JOE Tulum To Have 80+ Guest Rooms

The first JO&JOE hotel in North and Central America is coming to Tulum, Mexico, at the end of 2024.

JO&JOE Tulum will feature approximately 84 guest rooms in a hostel-style format. There will be a few suites, 45 private rooms, as well as 39 small and large dorms.

Guests will have access to amenities such as on-site laundry, bar, kitchen, restaurants, and event meeting space. Additionally, the property will boast a rooftop bar for guests and 12 retail options.

The hotel will be in a prime area, near the beach and bustling Downtown Tulum, offering quick access to multiple restaurants and nightclubs.
