Etihad Unveils New Luxury Amenity Kits for Guests in All Cabins

Etihad Airways has unveiled a gorgeous new line of loungewear and amenity kits designed in collaboration with luxury beauty brand ESPA and famous Italian design house Giorgio Armani.

Beyond offering this new luxury kit for guests flying in Etihad’s The Residence, first and business class cabins, the Abu Dhabi-based airline will also start offering a variety of free tote bags to passengers on longer economy flights.

“As well as offering convenience, style, and luxury inflight, our guests will take home their own co-branded Giorgio Armani amenity bag for use when traveling or at home. These sought-after bags come in collectible colors and styles, meaning frequent flyers can build their personal Giorgio Armani collection,” said Turky Al Hammadi, head of product and hospitality at Etihad Airways.

Here are the details of the new amenity kits you can expect on your next Etihad flight.

Etihad’s New Luxury Amenity Kits

In late February 2024, the airline will begin introducing new amenity kits and tote bags for all passengers, including economy passengers, on long-haul flights lasting 6 hours or more.

The Residence and First Class Passengers

Passengers flying in The Residence, Etihad’s unique 3-room private apartment in the sky, as well as first class, will get a large, sleek folio bag branded by Giorgio Armani and Etihad. It’s one of the largest amenity kits offered on commercial flights.

The trendy bag comes in 4 different colors and contains skincare and bathroom products from ESPA, including face mist, lip balm, and body lotions, in addition to common amenity kit items such as an eye mask, ear plugs, and a dental kit.

Additionally, guests traveling in the Residence and first class will receive a Giorgio Armani pajama set and slippers with a tonal pattern that draws inspiration from the glittering Abu Dhabi skyline.

Business Class Passengers

Etihad is introducing new unisex Giorgio Armani amenity kits for business class passengers in 2 styles: a clutch bag and a cube.

The unisex clutch bag by Giorgio Armani and Etihad features a contemporary print design named “The Dunes,” which draws inspiration from the scenic Liwa Desert in Abu Dhabi. The cube bag features a chic and functional geometric design, making it easy to pack and organize in suitcases or wardrobe drawers.

Passengers in business class on flights lasting over 9 hours will also get a pajama kit with slippers. The iconic Emirati V stitching on the chest of this soft loungewear is a nod to traditional Emirati dress.

Economy Passengers

No one will leave a long-haul Etihad flight empty-handed, thanks to the airline’s introduction of trendy tote bags for all economy customers on flights lasting 6 hours or more. The tote bags will include inflight amenity kit basics such as Beekman hand cream, an eye shade, and ear plugs.

The trendy tote is available in 3 collector styles reflecting the tailfin designs of Etihad’s renowned aircraft livery, including the Greenliner and Manchester City special liveries.
