Update: The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Eurostar, the famed high-speed line train departing London to several points across Europe, is offering a £39 (~$48) each-way sale, with some restrictions. This is an excellent deal on an otherwise expensive train, so if you need to book train travel from London, you’ll want to consider booking under this sale.

What Is Eurostar?

Eurostar is a high-speed train that connects the U.K., France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The train serves several intermediary station stops between those countries, and primarily serves the cities of London, Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam with multiple daily departures.

The train is an excellent way to get between London and Paris and is usually much faster than flying between the 2 cities, especially taking into account airport transit and security times. You can depart from London St Pancras station and arrive in Paris-Nord in just a few hours. What is especially convenient about these trains is that it is downtown to downtown service, and you don’t need to worry about making your way to and from an airport.

Tickets From Just £39 Each Way

As part of this sale, you can find tickets for £39, but there are several restrictions you need to be aware of:

  • You must travel between January 23 and March 24, 2023.
  • There are limited seats on each route. From London to Paris there are 30,000 sale seats; from London to Brussels there are 18,000 sale seats; from London to Rotterdam there are 5,000 sale seats.
  • You can only use this sale to travel on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • The offer is only available for travel in Standard Class, which is the economy configuration on these trains.
  • Each ticket is non-refundable.
  • To see current availability and purchase, you need to visit the Eurostar website. Once the allocated sale seats run out, there will no longer be any remaining discounted fares for that train, so you’ll want to book soon.
  • The sale price is based on a round-trip ticket, and you’re required to purchase a round-trip ticket to get the deal. Unfortunately, one-way tickets won’t price out at £39.
  • You are able to upgrade to a higher class of service, but you’ll need to pay the difference in fare.

Hot Tip: You may find it helpful to use Eurostar to get you to a particular city where you can then fly onwards to your final destination, especially if the flight is cheaper. Make sure to use one of our recommended best credit cards for travel purchases to maximize your earnings!

Final Thoughts

If you have travel planned between London and the other cities served by Eurostar and need to travel before March 24, check out this £39 each-way sale, which is a pretty unbeatable price for getting between these countries. With convenient service located downtown, there’s really no better way to travel between the U.K., France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
