An all-new resort complex situated near Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Orlando Resort, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is gearing up to open.
Collectively known as Evermore Orlando, the property will include a vacation rental property with several types of accommodations to choose from, as well as the Conrad Orlando resort.
“Evermore is Orlando’s only true destination resort worthy of a vacation even without a trip to the theme parks. Within the resort, we have created whole neighborhoods of resort-owned, purpose-built vacation rental homes in concert with a true luxury hotel to provide high-quality, bespoke experiences for all sizes and types of groups from couples to large conferences, particularly including multi-family and multi-generational vacations,” said Christopher Kelsey, President of Dart Interests, the developer of the property.
And now, you can book stays that begin February 5, 2024, at Evermore Orlando and Conrad Orlando.
Here’s what you need to know!
Evermore Orlando and Conrad Orlando Resorts
Evermore Orlando is a brand-new property situated across 1,100 acres of land in close proximity to Orlando’s most sought-after destinations.
It caters to those traveling in groups, whether they’re families, friends, or colleagues. The property will offer almost 1,500 bedrooms distributed across several types of accommodations, including 69 houses that have between 5 and 11 bedrooms, 206 4-bedroom apartments, and 41 2- and 4-bedroom villas.
There will also be a Conrad resort on the Evermore grounds. The property will feature 433 rooms, with 51 suites and 10 suites designed specifically for families.
Guests can also expect tens of thousands of square feet of meeting and event space, “a tranquil spa with an outdoor water garden, a private pool area with splash pad, private cabanas, fitness center, arrival/departure lounge and numerous dining options, including a signature rooftop experience,” according to a press release from Evermore Orlando.
Guests staying at either property will have access to a long list of amenities, including a 20-acre “beach complex” surrounding a man-made lagoon. There will be zero-entry spots, bars, cabanas, waterslides, and numerous other water sports available.
Elsewhere, guests can enjoy the on-site food hall, or play a round of golf on the renowned Scottish Links Course, Jack Nicklaus’ 18-hole Grand Cypress golf course. In addition, a new 18-hole Nicklaus Design course will open within the property. The Boathouse will be a signature event space for weddings or other special events and will include the use of a Chris-Craft boat. Finally, guests will find 11 fast-charging stations for electric vehicles, provided in partnership with Siemens.
Booking Stays at Evermore Orlando and Conrad Orlando
As mentioned previously, guests can make reservations at both Evermore Orlando and Conrad Orlando now, for stays beginning February 5, 2024.
The Conrad Orlando will participate in the Hilton Honors program, meaning guests can earn and redeem Hilton Honors points for stays.
Cash rates for the Conrad Orlando start at around $670 per night during the property’s opening month. Alternatively, you could redeem 90,000+ Honors points for a free night.
Rates at Evermore Orlando will vary based on which type of accommodation you select. As an example, a 2-bedroom villa with room for up to 6 guests costs around $300 per night during the property’s opening month in February 2024.
