Four Seasons is expanding its portfolio in the Sunshine State, with a new Jacksonville hotel expected to open in 2026.

Let’s take a look at this anticipated Four Seasons Resort!

New Four Seasons Resort Coming to Downtown Jacksonville

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will have 170 rooms and suites and 26 branded residences.

The resort will have 4 dining options: a rooftop restaurant, an all-day restaurant, a pool bar, and a lobby bar. Amenities will include a spa, multiple outdoor pools, a gym, and meeting spaces.

The hotel will be owned by the billionaire owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Shahid Khan. Khan also owns the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, which he purchased in 2016.

“As Jacksonville continues to enhance its offerings for people to live, work and play, we look forward to working with Mr. Khan to expand our presence in Florida and extend our long-time partnership together, contributing to the city’s bright future and achieving our shared vision of building communities and creating exceptional luxury experiences,” said Bart Carnahan, Executive Vice President at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Of course, this won’t be Florida’s first Four Seasons hotel. The luxury brand has a sizable presence in the Sunshine State, with properties in OrlandoPalm BeachSurfsideMiami, and Fort Lauderdale. An additional resort in Naples began construction in 2022.

About Four Seasons

Four Seasons has been one of the world’s most well-known international luxury hotel brands since its founding in the early 1960s.

Four Seasons isn’t just known for its unrivaled luxury hotels. The chain has offered fully-inclusive itineraries onboard a private jet since 2013, with a price tag of more than $100,000 per person. And if that isn’t enough, the Four Seasons Yachts will launch in 2025, offering a luxury experience at sea.
