Low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines is celebrating 30 years of operations with a slew of special promotions. The latest is offering free carry-on baggage on select flights for a limited time.

Frontier, like many other low-cost carriers, charge customers for everything — including carry-on bags — so taking advantage of this promotion can save you a significant amount of money.

“We are in celebration mode and are thrilled to invite our customers to join in the fun and revel in some savings,” said Tyri Squyres, vice president of marketing, Frontier Airlines. “With Frontier’s ultra-low fares, plus a free carry-on, there’s practically no reason to stay home!”

Let’s take a look at all the details of this promotion and how you can take advantage!

Best Ways To Book Frontier Flights

As mentioned above, tickets must be purchased at Frontier’s website or through its mobile app. When you do purchase flights directly from an airline, we recommend using a credit card that will reward you with bonus points for your purchase.

We recommend cards like The Platinum Card® from American ExpressCapital One Venture X Rewards Credit CardInformation collected independently. Not reviewed by Capital One., and Chase Sapphire Reserve®, all of which offer elevated earnings on flights purchased directly through an airline.

Hot Tip:

Frequent Frontier Airlines flyers may also consider using the Frontier Airlines World Mastercard®, which is great for families.

If you’re looking for a cheap getaway, now’s the time to take advantage of its latest offer to carry on bags for free later this summer and into the fall.
