Are you a fan of “glamping” — camping, but more luxurious? World of Hyatt is partnering with several high-profile authors for what it calls “Camp Unwritten,” a glamping experience with Reese’s Book Club and Under Canvas.

“With BookTok, Bookstagram, experiential travel, and outdoor adventures all having a moment, we saw the perfect chance to bring it all together,” said Laurie Blair, Hyatt’s senior vice president of global marketing. “Camp Unwritten lets our members unplug and capture that leading role feel – cozy reads by the fire, wide-open skies, and a setting straight out of a summer novel.”

Here’s what you need to know.

Under Canvas Glamping Experience

World of Hyatt has introduced a new glamping experience with Under Canvas, one of its brands. If you aren’t familiar, Under Canvas camps offer “safari-inspired tents” and perks to immerse yourself in nature.

The brand has partnered with Reese’s Book Club to introduce something akin to a summer camp for adults, where guests will be able to glamp and interact with their favorite authors. Even better, you can redeem World of Hyatt points for the experience.

There are some terms and conditions to keep in mind before booking. For starters, this trip is non-refundable, so ensure you’re committed to your travel plans before booking.

You must be 18 years old to book, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Standard guest policies apply to bookings and stays. The experience doesn’t include alcoholic beverages, service charges, mandatory resort fees, applicable taxes, and other incidental expenses unless otherwise stated. Finally, you can pay extra for upgrades or additional guests, and travel to and from the Under Canvas property is not included.
