Future Hotels

St. Regis London Nears Debut

The long-delayed St. Regis London is finally moving closer to opening, with Marriott now targeting an October 2026 debut. Originally expected to open in 2023, this is the most concrete opening timeline Marriott has provided to date. The 193-room hotel will include 66 suites, multiple dining venues, bars, a spa, and a fitness center.

Reservations are not yet available, but once the hotel opens, it will become London’s only St. Regis and mark the brand’s return to the city after years of absence.

Andaz Turks & Caicos Finally Opens Reservations

Travelers can now book stays at the highly anticipated Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay beginning in June 2027. The resort will feature 132 accommodations, including hotel rooms and residences, as well as multiple restaurants, a spa, and beachfront activities.

Hilton’s First North Iceland Hotel Is Bookable

Hilton‘s first hotel in North Iceland is now accepting reservations for stays beginning June 26, 2026. Skald Hotel Akureyri, Curio Collection by Hilton, will feature 86 rooms in the heart of Akureyri, giving Hilton Honors members a new option beyond the Reykjavik area. While award pricing starts at 100,000 Hilton Honors points per night, the property could be a useful base for exploring northern Iceland.
