IHG Hotels & Resorts is kicking off fall with a major flash sale — and it’s one you’ll want to jump on if you’re planning a winter getaway or even looking ahead to 2026. This sale is especially attractive if you’re looking to save some serious cash on stays at some of IHG’s luxury brands, such as Six Senses, Regent, and Kimpton.

This offer to save up to 30% joins another recently launched sale offering up to a 10% discount. Let’s examine the details of both offers to see if they work with your travel plans.

Save up to 30% Across Luxury Brands, 25% at Other Brands

Through October 16, IHG One Rewards members can save up to 30% across some of the brand’s most desirable hotels, including Six Senses, InterContinental, Kimpton, and many others. This flash sale is valid across IHG properties in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, Greater China, and Japan.

The booking window runs from October 7 through October 16, 2025 (October 12 for Greater China and Japan), and stays must take place between October 10, 2025, and February 28, 2026.

Discounts vary by brand: members can save up to 30% on luxury and lifestyle properties like Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Kimpton, and Hotel Indigo, and up to 25% on premium, essential, and suites brands, including voco, EVEN, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Garner, avid, Atwell Suites, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites.

Bookings require a minimum 1-night stay and must be made at least 3 days in advance. A 7-day cancellation policy applies, with a 1-night deposit required for bookings made within 3 to 6 days of arrival.

Make sure to book with one of our recommended credit cards for IHG loyalists.

Hot Tip:

Non-members can save up to 25%, but since it’s free and easy to join IHG One Rewards, there’s really no reason not to sign up and unlock the full 30% savings. Plus, as a member, you’ll earn points on every stay, which can be redeemed for free nights, upgrades, and other perks, making the deal even sweeter.

Save up to 10% in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East

IHG’s fall sale in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East applies to stays through June 30, 2026. You’ll save up to 10% as a member, and bookings are open through October 10, 2025.

This is a prepaid, nonrefundable rate, so be sure your plans aren’t going to change before paying for a reservation under this sale. You must book at least 3 days before arrival to receive the discount in this promotion.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re considering a hotel reservation with one of the brands or in the countries participating in these offers, saving money is always welcome.

Obviously, you should compare the rates available with these sales alongside any other discounts you might be eligible for, such as those from a AAA membership or your credit card. And if you aren’t particularly loyal to IHG’s brand, it’s worth comparing this sale against other hotels nearby. What are Marriott and Hilton offering, for example?

Saving money is always great. Booking a higher rate under the guise of savings, though, doesn’t make sense.

Final Thoughts

IHG’s flash sales are solid opportunities to save on both high-end and budget-friendly stays — whether you’re planning a wellness retreat at Six Senses, a chic city escape at a Kimpton, or a family trip at a Holiday Inn. With discounts as high as 30% and the booking windows closing fast, it’s worth locking in your winter and early 2026 travel now.
