Update:

The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

IHG Hotels & Resorts is back with another flash sale, providing up to 30% savings, assuming you can book by November 2 and stay by December 14, 2025.

These are flexible rates, meaning you can cancel if you need to. The amount of discount depends on which IHG brand you’re staying with, however.

Let’s check out the details to see how this promotion works.

Save up to 30% at IHG Properties

IHG One Rewards members can save up to 30% across some of the brand’s most desirable hotels, thanks to a new promotion that requires booking by November 2 and staying by December 14, 2025. Also, note that you need to book your stay at least 3 days in advance.

There’s no deposit required for these reservations, and you can cancel — though you must do so at least 7 days before check-in to avoid a 1-night penalty. Eligible stays start on October 31, 2025.

The maximum discount depends on the hotel brand you’re booking:

  • Members can save up to 25% at IHG brands in the Essential and Suites collections, including Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, Garner, avid, Atwell Suites, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites
  • Members can save up to 30% in the Luxury, Lifestyle, and Premium collections, including brands like Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, Voco, EVEN, and Crowne Plaza

Bookings require a minimum 1-night stay and must be made at least 3 days in advance. A 7-day cancellation policy applies, with a 1-night deposit required for bookings made within 3 to 6 days of arrival.

Make sure to book with one of our recommended credit cards for IHG loyalists.

Hot Tip:

Non-members can save up to 25%, but since it’s free and easy to join IHG One Rewards, there’s really no reason not to sign up and unlock the full 30% savings. Plus, as a member, you’ll earn points on every stay, which can be redeemed for free nights, upgrades, and other perks, making the deal even sweeter.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re considering a hotel reservation in the next few weeks, you should definitely check out this sale.

Obviously, you should compare the rates available with these sales alongside any other discounts you might be eligible for, such as those from a AAA membership or your credit card. And if you aren’t particularly loyal to IHG’s brand, it’s worth comparing this sale against other hotels nearby. What are Marriott and Hilton offering, for example?

Saving money is always great. Booking a higher rate under the guise of savings, though, doesn’t make sense.

Final Thoughts

IHG’s latest flash sale provides up to 30% savings, depending on the hotel brand you’re booking. You’ll need to reserve by November 2 and stay by December 14, which won’t work for everyone.

Those booking a short-notice trip — or who can cancel current reservations and rebook at a lower late — should take a closer look at this promotion to see what savings are available at the hotel they’re visiting.
