These are obviously very cheap rates for these cities, and you can really have a getaway trip for very little money with this offer. The catch is that you need to sit through a timeshare presentation to be able to take advantage of the rate and bonus points.

Generally, you get to choose the time of your presentation while you’re there, and the rest of the time, you can do whatever you’d like in the area. During the presentation, you’re usually required to stay for a specific amount of time, such as an hour, but you’re not under any obligation to purchase the timeshare.
