Kimpton has opened its first all-inclusive resort. Kimpton Tres Ríos – All Inclusive is near Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and offers guests access to a 340-acre nature preserve featuring rivers, cenotes, and mangrove trails, as well as the usual pools and beach.

Kimpton Tres Ríos Opens in the Riviera Maya

The Kimpton Tres Ríos – All Inclusive has 355 rooms and suites, including multi-bedroom options for families. Some look out over the mangroves, while others offer direct pool access.

The resort has 4 outdoor pools and beach access. Its nature preserve includes 3 freshwater rivers, 10 cenotes, kayaking, and walking trails. Families have access to the Club Aventuras kids’ program, while adults-only areas offer a quieter option.

The full dining lineup will include 7 restaurants and 5 bars. Among them are Bacetto for Italian food and Kotori for Japanese cuisine. Don’t expect every venue to be open right away, though. Hotel Equities, which manages the resort, says 6 restaurants and 4 bars will debut this fall. Mediterranean restaurant Elaia and the adults-only rooftop bar Nebbia are planned for early 2027.

There’s also a 10,000-square-foot spa offering hydrotherapy and massages, plus a two-story fitness center with separate spaces for cycling and yoga. Kimpton’s usual morning coffee and evening social hour are part of the experience, too.

How To Book Kimpton Tres Ríos – All Inclusive With Points

Kimpton Tres Rios – All Inclusive is open to guests and participates in the IHG One Rewards program. This means you’ll be able to earn and redeem IHG One Rewards points during your stay.

Cash rates for a double occupancy all-inclusive stay in the Riviera Maya start at around $469 nightly this winter.

Award nights start at 95,000 points, and that rate can get you a room with 2 queen beds and a futon that sleeps 5. For a family, being able to book everyone into 1 room at the starting award rate is a pretty stellar deal.

IHG One Rewards points are pretty easy to earn, especially with a co-branded IHG One Rewards credit card. However, you can also transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards or Bilt Rewards points to IHG One Rewards at a 1:1 ratio.
