Marriott’s March Madness Promotion — The Details

Points for Points Promotion

Marriott Bonvoy is launching “Points for Points,” a new promotion just in time for the NCAA Men’s and Women’s basketball tournament known as March Madness. It will award 134 lucky Marriott Bonvoy members for every point scored throughout the 2025 men’s and women’s Division 1 basketball playoffs.

Starting on March 10, 2025, and continuing until the beginning of the NCAA Sweet Sixteen on March 27, 2025, Marriott Bonvoy members can register for a chance to earn extra bonus points.

Marriott Bonvoy will randomly select 134 members to receive the total number of points scored during the 2025 men’s and women’s D1 basketball tournaments in Marriott Bonvoy points, which can be redeemed for hotel stays and exclusive experiences.

A total of 134 lucky winners will be selected randomly and informed via email. Since winners will be selected at random, staying at a Marriott hotel won’t improve your chances of winning. You must register by March 27 to have a chance at winning.

Bid on VIP March Madness Final Four Experiences

Alongside giving fans a chance to win Points for Points, Marriott Bonvoy members can also bid and potentially redeem Marriott Bonvoy points on 2 VIP Marriott Bonvoy Moments packages before the Men’s and Women’s Final Four.

Eight packages will be up for auction from March 14 through March 21, 2025. Four men’s packages will start at 500,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, while women’s packages will begin at 322,500 points.

Here’s what’s included in each package:

  • Men’s Final Four VIP Experience: Exclusive back-of-house tour of the Alamodome, Final Four weekend VIP events, lower bowl tickets to the semi-final and championship games with in-stadium VIP hospitality, and a 4-night stay at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk.
  • Women’s Final Four VIP Experience: Exclusive backstage tour of Amalie Arena, courtside seats to the semi-finals and championship, and a 4-night stay at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street.
