Another swish boutique hotel is set to open its doors in Manhattan.

In September 2023, Firmdale Hotels will open its third New York City property.

Here’s what we know so far.

Firmdale Announces Third New York City Hotel

Located at 86 Warren Street, Firmdale’s new Warren Street Hotel is the southernmost Firmdale hotel in Manhattan and joins the popular Crosby Street Hotel in SoHo and The Whitby Hotel in Midtown as Firmdale’s third hotel on the island.

In the heart of Tribeca, The Warren Street Hotel will be the ideal place for exploring parts of Manhattan where you’ll find fewer tourists and more locals going about their lives.

Hot Tip: Boutique hotels are a great alternative to larger, chain properties when traveling for special occasions like anniversaries or romantic getaways. Here are our favorite boutique hotels in New York City to give you some inspiration for your next trip.

As well as being just a couple of blocks from the Hudson River, the hotel is a stone’s throw from some major Manhattan landmarks such as Ground Zero and One World Trade Center.

What was previously a parking lot, will now be an upscale hotel that will add more charm to the neighborhood.

In true boutique style, the hotel will have just 57 rooms and suites all of which will have been meticulously designed by Kit Kemp — one of Firmdale’s founders.

Also to be found in its 11 stories will be 12 exclusive residences.

Each of the hotel’s guest rooms, suites, and residences will boast floor-to-ceiling windows for the best possible views.

In terms of dining, guests and non-guests alike will be able to enjoy all that is Firmdale hospitality at the Warren Bar and Restaurant which will be open all day.

Bottom Line: Firmdale Hotels is a small chain of boutique hotels in London and New York. Each hotel boasts something a bit different from the others, like the Ham Yard Hotel in London which has its very own bowling alley. In fact, Firmdale’s Soho property is so worth a visit that it made its way into our list of 15 best hotels to stay in London.

Final Thoughts

Another sophisticated Firmdale Hotel will be opening its doors to Manhattan visitors starting next September.

The Warren Street Hotel should certainly be added to your list of options when planning your next trip to The Big Apple!
