JetBlue is already making improvements to its recently revamped TrueBlue loyalty program.

After receiving initial feedback on the new program, the airline has outlined more customer-focused changes that will be implemented as of January 2024.

Here’s how JetBlue’s TrueBlue program will look come the turn of the year.

A New Year Means New TrueBlue Mosaic Perks

Perks You Pick

Perhaps one of the most popular changes to the program back in May was the addition of “Perks You Pick” which gives Mosaic members the ability to customize their perks depending on what they value most when they travel.

Mosaic members will therefore be thrilled to learn that 2 new Perks You Pick will be added to the list from January: complimentary Platinum Elite Status with IHG One Rewards and the ability to gift a bonus of 20 Tiles.

Bottom Line:

JetBlue’s TrueBlue loyalty program offers some of the most varied, flexible, and valuable perks and benefits to its members.

Signature Perks

Mosaic members will also get to enjoy 4 new “Signature Perks” that will come as standard with a membership depending on the level of Mosaic status achieved:

Avis Status Match

Whether you’re starting out at Mosaic 1, or have unlocked top-tier Mosaic 4, you’ll benefit from an elite status match with car rental agency Avis.

The status match, which is expected to go live later in 2024, will mean expedited rental pick-ups and availability-based upgrades.

Priority Phone Support

Mosaic 3 and 4 members will have access to a “next-level” customer service experience complete with a dedicated phone line for support when needed.

Advance “Move to Mint” Confirmation

From Thursday, January 4, 2024, TrueBlue Mosaic 3 and 4 members will be able to redeem their “Move to Mint” upgrade certificates as soon as they’ve booked a Core (economy) flight.

Note that certificates can only be used up to 2 hours prior to departure and the number of certificates required for an upgrade will vary from 1 and 4 depending on the specific flight.

The Gift of Giving

And finally, should they wish to, benevolent Mosaic 4 members will have the opportunity to gift Mosaic 1 status to a member of their choice.

With that, their chosen friend, colleague, or family member will get to enjoy Mosaic boarding and 2 free checked bags, as well as complimentary beer, wine, liquor, and more!

Final Thoughts

By rewarding its loyal members with even more perks and benefits, JetBlue continues to show its loyal TrueBlue members how much their continued business is valued while elsewhere, some airlines (ahem, Delta) are doing the complete opposite.
