Marriott will significantly grow its presence in France by adding 10 new properties by the end of next year.

Here’s what you need to know.

New Marriott Hotels Coming to France

Marriott says it will add 10 hotels, comprising more than 1,000 rooms, in France by the end of 2025. They will be a mix of luxury and mid-tier brands, such as the Luxury Collection and Tribute Portfolio. Here’s a look at some of the upcoming hotels:

“We remain focused on strengthening our presence in primary and secondary markets in France in line with the strong demand we are seeing for leisure and resort experiences, as well as for business travel,” said Alexandra Goguet, Vice President of Development, France and Benelux, at Marriott.

Booking Marriott Hotels in France

Marriott has nearly 70 properties across France, spanning across a whopping 16 brands.

These include some of the best hotels in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, such as Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Located in the 8th arrondissement, the 5-star hotel has played host to numerous dignitaries and is known as one of the best high-end options in Paris.

Cash rates here can easily top more than $1,350 nightly. However, if you have a ton of Marriott Bonvoy points, you’ll find award nights for around 120,000 points per night this fall.

If that seems steep, don’t worry. Marriott Bonvoy points are some of the easiest points currencies you can earn, thanks to transfer partners American Express Membership Rewards and Chase Ultimate Rewards. You can transfer both currencies to Marriott at a 1:1 ratio, and sometimes, the programs run transfer bonuses where you can earn even more points.

Final Thoughts

Marriott will open 10 new hotels across France by the end of next year. This is excellent news for Marriott Bonvoy loyalists, who will have more ways to earn and redeem their points at a mix of high-end, mid-tier, and economical brands. We look forward to staying at some of these hotels when they open!
