Update: The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Qatar Airways’ latest promotion gives passengers the option to save up to $500 on business class tickets or $125 on economy tickets when booking directly.

The promotion is to celebrate the airline’s ever-strengthening partnership with Alaska Airlines. Despite the wording on the Qatar Airways website suggesting the offer is exclusive to Alaska Airlines customers, the discount code ASQR22 can, in fact, be used by anyone.

Let’s take a look at the details of the offer.

Save Hundreds Of Dollars on Qatar Airways Flights

The promotional offer ends on March 31, 2022, so act fast and book online if you want to make the most of the savings.

Savings will be applied to both one-way and return flights with Qatar Airways through October 31, 2022.

However, there are some blackout dates to be aware of:

  • May 20 to August 15, 2022 (for outbound travel)
  • July 15 to September 11, 2022 (for inbound travel)

Qatar Airways’ 12 U.S. gateways are the only departure cities that will be eligible for the discount. These are: Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), New York (JFK), Philadelphia (PHL), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), and Washington, D.C. (IAD).

Passengers departing from those cities will be able to connect through Doha (DOH) onwards to its global network of destinations across Africa and Asia. Discount will be applied to routings both ending Doha (DOH) and 1-stop itineraries to elsewhere on the airline’s network.

Qatar Airways’ Qsuite business class product is often pitted as one of the best business class cabins in the sky. Take a look and see for yourself by checking out our full review of Qatar Airways Qsuite on the Boeing 777.

Hot Tip: Even with the discount applied through this offer, paying cash to fly Qatar Airways business class is by no means easy on the wallet. No fear — we’ve put a guide together to teach you had to save your cash and book Qsuites with points and miles instead.

Final Thoughts

Passengers can depart from 12 U.S. cities with Qatar Airways on 1-stop itineraries via Doha (DOH) to an extensive list of destinations across the globe.

Now, thanks to the airline’s latest promotion, you could be heading off on your next far-flung vacation for less.
