Redeeming Qantas Frequent Flyer Points for Condor Flights

Qantas has been in the news quite a bit lately. Last week, Qantas announced its newest business class suites for the Boeing 787 and Airbus A321XLR. Shortly after, the airline revealed major changes to its Frequent Flyer loyalty program.

Now, Qantas has announced a new partnership with Condor, which operates flights to more than 70 destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, and the Caribbean. According to Qantas, the program now has more than 30 airline partners serving more than 1,300 destinations worldwide.

The best part? Frequent Flyer members can now redeem their points for Condor-operated Classic Reward seats directly beginning on September 1, 2026. Reward seats are available across all 3 major cabin classes.

Although you can combine these flights with Qantas flights, the points cost will be much higher, as Qantas is on a different table in its Partner Class Flight Rewards Table. Condor is not a Oneworld member (yet), so unfortunately, you cannot add these flights to an Oneworld Class Flight Reward trip as of now.

Hot Tip:

Check out our in-depth guide on the best ways to earn lots of Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.

What This Means for Travelers

Though Condor has a broad European network, including many leisure destinations that would otherwise require additional connections, it does not operate flights directly to Australia. This means that travelers will need to connect to Condor’s network through key hubs in Asia, North America, South Africa, and Europe if they’re trying to connect Qantas and Condor flights.

This new partnership provides another redemption option for those looking to book Condor business class. Fortunately, Condor also has excellent business class availability on routes between Europe and the U.S., including airports in Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City, Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Final Thoughts

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can now redeem Qantas Points for flights on Condor. This partnership with Condor represents a significant expansion of international redemption opportunities for Frequent Flyer members.

If you have a stash of Qantas {oints, Condor deserves a spot near the top of your options list for your next redemption.
