Hilton has opened a new hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta — and it’s massive.

Here’s what you need to know about the new hotel.

Signia by Hilton Atlanta Has Nearly 1,000 Rooms

The new Signia by Hilton Atlanta has a whopping 976 guest rooms, which include 70 suites, and up to 80 Club Signia rooms (more on this below). Guests can also choose rooms with a Peloton bike or book a stay in one of the 11 wellness rooms.

All rooms feature a walk-in shower, Nespresso machines, robes, and slippers.

Amenities include 8 dining options, a spa, a rooftop pool and fitness center, more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space, and an outdoor event deck and lawn.

Additionally, Hilton is drawing on the allure of private members’ clubs such as Soho House with Club Signia. Guests who book this option will have access to a dedicated lounge with all-day food and drink options. Club Signia guests will have a dedicated Club Ambassador, early check-in and late check-out, and more.

This is Signia by Hilton’s debut of the brand in the state of Georgia.

“Signia by Hilton offers the world’s best meetings and events, a vibrant atmosphere, exceptional amenities and personalized service catered to the needs of today’s global traveler,” said Chris Nassetta, Hilton president and CEO.

Bottom Line:

Signia by Hilton is one of Hilton’s newest brands. It focuses on delivering “sophisticated travel and premium experiences” through high-end meeting and event spaces, dining, and wellness. There are 2 other open properties —- Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton San Jose — and 1 hotel opening in 2026, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis.

Booking the Signia by Hilton Atlanta

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is now open and part of the Hilton Honors program, so you can earn and redeem Hilton Honors points at the property.

Rates at the property start at $277 per night if paying in cash or 80,000 points per night for a standard award room.

The Hilton Honors program doesn’t have an award chart, meaning award rates can be cheaper (or more expensive) depending os availability and travel dates.

But earning Hilton Honors points is still pretty easy — in fact, they are among the easiest points you can earn. Hilton offers several ways to earn points, such as spending on co-branded credit cardstransferring points from American Express, riding in a Lyft, and eating out with Hilton Honors Dining.

Final Thoughts

The new Signia appears to have it all: amenities, spacious rooms, multiple food and drink outlets, and even a private club. All of these features are sure to make it popular with business and leisure travelers.

It makes sense that Hilton would open its third Signia property in Atlanta, home to the world’s busiest airport and a major sports, financial, and culture hub.

Award and cash rates are pretty decent, so if you find yourself in Atlanta, you’ll want to check out the new Signia!
