1-Day Passes On Sale for Universal Epic Universe

Universal Epic Universe, the fourth theme park to open within Universal Orlando Resort, is slated to open on May 22, 2025.

The park is a major expansion for Universal in Orlando, which will soon boast 4 distinct theme parks and 11 hotels to choose from. Epic Universe will offer upwards of 50 unique experiences across 5 themed “worlds,” which include Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.

Universal has been selling a range of tickets and vacation packages that provide access to the new park. However, 1-day passes were only available to Universal’s Annual Passholders.

However, as reported by The Points Guy, the general public can now purchase 1-day passes for entrance beginning June 1, with varying prices depending on the date of your visit. A random search for tickets yielded prices of $134 for children ages 3 to 9 and $139 for adults aged 10 and over.

Note that between May 22 and June 1, 2025, you can only access Epic Universe by purchasing a package or a multi-day pass that includes park admission.

There will be 3 hotels near the Universal Epic Universe grounds. One, Universal Stella Nova Resort, has been open since January, while its sister property, Universal Terra Luna Resort, is slated to open this month. The crown jewel in that resort portfolio, Universal Helios Grand Hotel, is taking reservations for May 22, 2025 — the same day the park is scheduled to open.

Guests staying at Helios will have a dedicated entrance to Epic Universe, while those staying at either of the other 2 properties can take buses or use a walking path that leads directly to the park.
