Hilton is opening a brand-new Waldorf Astoria hotel within one of London’s most recognizable landmarks: Admiralty Arch.

Now, the hotel is taking reservations for March 1, 2027, and beyond, though you may be able to book stays for sooner than that.

Here’s everything you need to know about this upcoming luxury hotel and how much you can expect to pay for a night.

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch Opening This Fall

We learned quite some time ago that Hilton would be opening a luxurious Waldorf Astoria property within London’s Admiralty Arch, set on The Mall across from Buckingham Palace in St James’s — one of the British capital’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

Hilton has been restoring the landmark, which was originally commissioned by King Edward VII as a memorial to Queen Victoria. It was designed by Sir Aston Webb, the same architect who designed the facade of Buckingham Palace.

And this fall, for the first time ever, it will host overnight guests when it officially becomes a Waldorf Astoria property.

While Hilton anticipates a fall opening, it has made the property available for reservations from March 1, 2027, and beyond. However, the chain said in a press release that we can expect more reservations to be added for this calendar year as we draw closer to the property’s official opening.

The Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will boast 114 accommodations, including guest rooms, suites, and spacious residences. Suites and residences will comprise more than half of the hotel, and each will have a name that pays homage to the building’s history.

The upcoming property will feature 2 signature restaurants: Coreus from Clare Smyth MBE and Café Boulud from Daniel Boulud.

Coreus is the fine-dining option. Its menu will center around seafood dishes crafted with local produce and seasonal ingredients. Smyth will also bring an “intimate Whiskey & Seaweed bar concept, inspired by her iconic Potato and Roe dish.” Expect a fantastic collection of whiskies in addition to craft cocktails and an expansive wine list.

Café Boulud will offer all-day dining on the property’s rooftop. It will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as tea service, with sublime views of St James’s Park and Buckingham Palace.

The property will also offer a hushed, intimate spa featuring treatment rooms for individuals and couples, a sauna, a steam room, a hydrotherapy pool, and a private relaxation area.

How To Book

Reservations for the Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch are now open from March 1, 2027. The hotel participates in the Hilton Honors program, meaning members can earn and redeem Hilton Honors points for stays here.

Nights are pricey, though not as outrageous as we may have thought, especially considering this is a brand-new luxury property in one of the world’s most expensive cities.

Cash rates in March 2027 start at £663 (approximately $888) per night, while award rates start at 170,000 Hilton Honors points for a standard room reward. We value Hilton Honors points at 0.5 cents apiece, meaning the award rates at the 170,000-point level roughly correspond with the cash price, though you may come out a little bit ahead by redeeming points.

If you want to keep some money in your pocket, it’s fortunately very easy to earn Hilton Honors points. The hotel chain offers several co-branded credit cards that come with generous welcome bonuses and elite status. Alternatively, you can add to your Hilton balance by transferring points from American Express and Bilt Rewards or dining out with Hilton Honors Dining.

Final Thoughts

We’ve been excited about the Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch for quite some time, and now reservations are finally available from March 1, 2027, and beyond. However, if the property stays on track for a fall 2026 opening, expect more dates to be added to the booking calendar soon.
