Visa Cardholder Ticket Draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Opens

If you have a Visa card in your wallet and want to attend World Cup matches next year, you’ll want to pay attention.

The Visa Presale Draw for the FIFA World Cup 26 is now open for Visa cardholders, giving them an early chance to secure a spot to purchase tickets to what’s billed as the biggest World Cup ever.

The Visa Presale Draw is open now and lasts through September 19, 2025, at 11 a.m. ET. Any Visa cardholder who is 18 or older can register at fifa.com/tickets. Note that as long as you register before this presale event ends, the date and time at which you register will not affect your chances of being selected.

Applicants will be selected randomly and, beginning September 29, 2025, will be notified of their date and time slot to buy the actual match tickets. Date and time slots will be available from October 1, 2025.

When sales open on October 1, single-match tickets to all 104 matches will be available, including venue- and team-specific tickets. Prices start at $60 apiece, though FIFA says VIP seats for the final match can soar to almost $6,400 per ticket.

With the Visa Presale Draw happening now, it’s an excellent opportunity for cardholders to increase their chances of being selected to purchase tickets, as the next phase of ticket sales isn’t expected to open until late October.

Hot Tip:

If you have a Visa card in your wallet and are considering attending the World Cup in North America next year, you should take advantage of the Visa Presale Draw, which is currently ongoing.

Just remember to register before the cutoff on September 19 at 11 a.m. ET!
