With the new “Celebrate the Season” promotion from Wyndham, guests who book and complete a stay before the end of the year can earn a 1-time bonus of 7,500 points.

Let’s dive into the details of this promotion.

Wyndham’s “Celebrate the Season” Promo

With Wyndham’s latest promotion, guests can earn 7,500 bonus points for a hotel stay at any Wyndham hotel in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico until January 1, 2024.

To qualify for the bonus, guests must make their booking on the Wyndham website and select the “Let’s Celebrate” rate by December 26, 2023. The stay must be completed by January 1, 2024.

With no minimum stay requirement, you can enjoy a 1-night stay at a Wyndham hotel and earn a bonus of 7,500 points if you book with the eligible “Let’s Celebrate” rate and complete your stay by the end of the year.

Here are additional terms to be aware of:

  • No registration required
  • Limit of 1 bonus per member
  • Guests must book an eligible “Let’s Celebrate” rate by December 26, 2023, and have completed a stay on or before January 1, 2024
  • Bonus will post to member’s account within 2 to 4 weeks after stay is completed
  • Valid for qualifying stays in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico

Keep in mind that Wyndham redemptions for award stays start at 7,500 points per night, meaning with this promotion you can earn enough points for a free night award in the future.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re already booked at a Wyndham hotel for the holidays, you might want to check the “Let’s Celebrate” rate and see if it makes sense to cancel and rebook your stay.

Take, for example, this Days Inn close to Atlanta’s Hartsfield–Jackson International Airport (ATL).

Within the promotional period dates, a night at this hotel costs only $64 with the “Let’s Celebrate” rate.

Since we value Wyndham Rewards points at 0.9 cents apiece, the 7,500 bonus points you’d earn are worth a return of approximately $67. Not bad for a cheap hotel stay for 1 night.

So, while we wouldn’t book a Wyndham hotel just to get the bonus points from this promotional offer, if you already have an upcoming Wyndham hotel stay over the holidays, consider rebooking it to earn the 7,500 bonus points, which might make sense if the price is right.

Final Thoughts

This Wyndham promotion is perfectly timed for the holiday season and definitely worth considering if you have a Wyndham stay already booked and want to rebook to earn the bonus points. However, you’ll want to do the math and make sure that booking again at the promotional rate makes sense for you.
