Once your language has been selected, click Executive Club Login.
To receive Avios for your shopping purchases, you must log in to the British Avios eStore. Otherwise, no bonus will be awarded.

Basics of Using the Program
Once you are logged in, you can browse retailers and special offers. Clicking on a retailer will give the offer, a brief overview of the company, and an opportunity to use the Avios Calculator to see how many Avios you will earn with a specific purchase amount.
If you want to shop with a specific retailer and receive your bonus miles, you must click the red “Shop Now” button that will direct you through to the retailer’s site. Then, simply complete your purchase through the site. British Airways automatically tracks your purchase through cookies, so be sure they are enabled on your browser!
Your Avios should show “Pending” in your account within 5 working days. BA will validate your purchase with the retailer within 40 days. When approved, the account will be updated to reflect the status. All “Approved” Avios should be posted to your Executive Club account within 48 hours.
If you purchase your items without going through the eStore, there is no way to retroactively apply your bonus Avios.
Special Shopping Offers
Occasionally, it’s possible to earn even more bonus points by way of special shopping offers. Generally, these offers will involve a retailer issuing an increased number of Avios per dollar. These special offers tend to run for a limited time only, with the deadline listed when you click the retailer.
For example, at the time of this writing Macy’s was highlighting a special offer to earn 7 Avios per $1 (rather than their normal offer of 3 Avios per $1).
Additionally, the Avios eStore has a “Vouchers” section that presents current sales and deals for applicable retailers. Clicking the specific retailer will show you a current coupon code or tell you that sale does not need a code.
You may have noticed a few of the participating retailers in the photos above.
Participating retailers and potential mileage bonuses in the British Airways Avios eStore change regularly. At the time of writing, these were some of the great earning rates being offered:
- T-Mobile: 7,500 Avios for activation of a wireless service
